When Placing Your Order please ensure that you have the correct style number, description (including size and colour), and quantity for every item that you order.

OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified if this occurs.

Shipping Method Energy Xpressions uses Canada Post service to deliver purchases. Shipments are typically processed within 2 business days of payment and parcels can arrive within 4 to 12 days depending on the shipping address. All purchases are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. All items from the same purchase are shipped in a single parcel.

Shipping Destinations We are happy to offer shipping to Canada as well as any U.S. state.We do ship internationally as well. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.

Receiving Your Parcel Canada Post or USPS will attempt to deliver your package to the address that you provide. If you are not available to receive your order, you will receive a notice to pick up your order at your designated post office.

Tracking Your Order All shipments can be tracked online. If you would like receive the status of your shipments, call us at 416-220-4603 or email us.

Returns & Exchanges If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days with all tags intact and with your original receipt. We will gladly exchange it for another item. Please make sure the tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, and hair; such clothing will not be accepted. Once the garment has been worn, and/or washed it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds.
